This pancake recipe is my version of many vegan whole food plant based pancake recipes I’ve tried over the past year.
Last year I was over 200 pounds and changed a whole food plant based diet that is oil-free following the Stach Solution. I have lost about 35 pounds now that I have gone plant-based. I love eating this way and I know you will too! My family including my 2 sons, who are not totally vegan love these pancakes too!

Ready in 15 minutes
Makes about 8 pancakes
Serves 2 (4 pancakes each)
You’ll Need:
4 bananas
2 cups oats
1 TBS vanilla
1/2 cup plant milk (add more a tablespoon at a time if your batter is too thick to pour)
2 TBS baking powder
You can also use blueberries, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips (my kids favorite) to top or cook into the pancakes
Instructions:
Preheat your non-stick griddle or frying pan at medium heat. Click here for an awesome non-stick griddle on Amazon
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and combine. Once your griddle is hot, pour out pancake batter and add blueberries, nuts, or chocolate chips now if you’re using them. A little spray of cooking oil will not hurt your weight loss. Go for it if you don’t have a non-stick surface to cook on.
Do not flip until there are bubbles in the pancakes. Test one first by living one side of the first one you poured. If it’s sticking, they’re not ready to flip yet and it will just turn into a pile of mush. Be patient with flipping. After flipping, give about 3 minutes on the second side and remove from the griddle.
Enjoy with syrup and fresh fruit!
