My favorite thing about this recipe is how versatile it is. What is your favorite flavor profile? Onion and Garlic? Curry? Chili? There are so many possibilities and the only thing that changes is the spices.
As long as you have your air fryer and some taters you’re in!
My favorite way to eat these is a Starch Solution style meal ~ the fries with ketchup and some steamed broccoli on the side with a little soy sauce. You’ll be so happy with a plate of potatoes!
These are also amazing as a side dish with burgers or lentil loaf. My son even asks me for fries and brocolli for lunch now! I just love that he is loving this style of eating as much as me!

- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 pounds yellow potatoes
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS mushroom powder
Instructions
- slice potatoes into french fries
- toss taters in spices in a bowl to coat well
- air fry for 25 minutes at 450 - until brown and crispy
